Wu Yi Shan-Da Hong Pao (武夷山-大红袍)

Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea commonly consumed in Asian Countries. The tea is wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized. Depending on the tea variety from light and floral to dark and intense, its flavours are determined by the oxidation level and roasting. Oolong Tea also contains vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidant like black and green teas. These are responsible for many of its health benefits.

Description
Da Hong Pao is a Wuyi cliff/rock tea grown in Wuyi mountain of Fujian Province. This authentic Oolong Tea has the characteristics cliff flavour from the mineral rich hills of the Wuyi cliff tea tree. The tea leaves give a unique fragrance of rich aromas with hints of roasty, herbs and slight tartness. The chocolate black dry tea leaf slightly twisted when brewing straightened into large leaves and change colour to olive with red-brown shades.

Infusion: 6 to 8 times

Storage Recommended: Keep in air-tight container in a dry cool place, to prevent odours and loses its tea brightness.
