“Xiao Qing Gan” is also known as Tangerine Pu erh tea. The green tangerine is produced in Xin Hui District of Jiangmen city, Guangdong Province, China and is called Xin Hui Xiao Qing Gan. During September month the golden period of picking these green tangerines, the picked fruits were washed, hollowed out the fruit and left only the whole peel for sun-dried within few days. A high quality Gong Ting ripe Pu erh tea from Yunnan then filled into the whole tangerine peel and put under the sun for further water evaporation.
