Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea commonly consumed in Asian Countries. The tea is wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized. Depending on the tea variety from light and floral to dark and intense, its flavours are determined by the oxidation level and roasting. Oolong Tea also contains vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidant like black and green teas. These are responsible for many of its health benefits.

Description
The word "Rou Gui" means "Cinnamon" or "Cassia Bark" in Chinese. One of the most widely cultivated alongside Da Hong Pao. The smoky and strong tea is a Wuyi Oolong famous Yan Cha for its sharp aromas. When steeping to release a mineral, woody flavour from its strong stretched leaves and rich dark red colour, it has also the distinctive feature of 'Rock Rhyme' (Yan Yun) 岩韵.
Yan Yun comes from the environment where the tea bushes are grown at cliff in the mountains on mineral rich rocky soil. Fresh tea leaves that are picked from the high slopes are the best for getting the Yan Yun. A cup of quality Rock Oolong tea is when the mineral, roasted component is in perfect balance with a long-lasting sweet finish.

Storage Recommended: Keep in air-tight container in a dry cool place, to prevent odours and loses its tea brightness.
