Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea commonly consumed in Asian Countries. The tea is wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized. Depending on the tea variety from light and floral to dark and intense, its flavours are determined by the oxidation level and roasting. Oolong Tea also contains vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidant like black and green teas. These are responsible for many of its health benefits.

Description
Phoenix Dancong is an authentic Oolong tea from Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou city (with Wudong Mountain as the core). And Dancong refers to an individual tea tree grown independently which is different from the garden tea. The tea leaves plucked from different trees will produce different flavour, even if the tea processing methods were the same. Hence, One Tree, One Aroma - Each tea tree produces its own unique fragrance and flavour, making every variety distinctive. A premium grade Phoenix Dancong Oolong is grown at an altitude from 600 to 800 meters in the High-Mountain Terroir. These tea trees have truly magnificent taste that is thick and smooth with many textured layers of the natural floral, lasting sweetness, and a complex aroma.

Storage Recommended: Keep in air-tight container in a dry cool place, to prevent odours and loses its tea brightness.
