Long Jing Tea, being the most famous Chinese Tea, also known as "West Lake Dragon Well Tea" named after its production region - Long Jing village of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The "Ming Qian" Long Jing teas are required to be produced from the first spring shoots prior to the Qing Ming Festival. This premium grade Long Jing tea has a fresh tasting, and its fragrance is sharp and long lasting. The tea is meticulously prepared from the young buds and the tenderest leaves sprouting in the spring season. It is distinguished for its flat and smooth appearance in light green colour with sharp fragrant and fresh aroma.

Ratio of Tea Leaf &Water: 1g to 30ml
Steeping:

4-6 (30 to 40sec)
