White Tea is wilted and unoxidized and is lighter in colour than other types of tea with a delicate flavour. It is harvested primarily in China, mostly in Fujian Province. The good quality "Silver Needles" are made from cultivars of the Da Bai (Large White) tea tree family. A best grade white tea should be fleshy, bright coloured and covered with tiny white hairs. White Tea is the least processed tea and has its high level of antioxidants and overall health promoting properties.

This tea is harvested from the yielding wild bushes of Fuding, Fujian Province. The tea is smooth and sweet with balance cha qi and the infusion is clear with a delicate lingering fragrance. The tea liquor is golden orange in colour.

Brewing Tips
Water Temperature: 85-90°c
Ratio of Tea Leaf &Water: 1g to 50ml
Steeping:
1-3 (25 to 30sec)
4-6 (35 to 40sec)
Infusion: 7 to 8 times

Storage Condition: Store in dry cool place, away from direct sunlight, keep ventilated and avoid odours, contaminants.
