Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea commonly consumed in Asian Countries. The tea is wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized. Depending on the tea variety from light and floral to dark and intense, its flavours are determined by the oxidation level and roasting. Oolong Tea also contains vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidant like black and green teas. These are responsible for many of its health benefits.

Description
Phoenix refers to the Phoenix mountain, in Guangdong Province the birthplace for this Oolong tea. And Dancong refers to an individual tea tree grown independently which is different from the garden tea. The tea leaves plucked from different trees will produce different flavour, even if the tea processing methods were the same. A premium grade Phoenix Dancong Oolong is grown at an altitude above 1000 meters. These tea trees have truly magnificent taste that is thick and fruity with many textured layers of the natural floral, which is also pleasantly dense carrying grassy-caramel notes and mild bitterness. The characteristics of the dry dark leaves, when brewing the tea leaf changes colour to brown and green shades.

Storage Recommended: Keep in air-tight container in a dry cool place, to prevent odours and loses its tea brightness.
