Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea commonly consumed in Asian Countries. The tea is wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized. Depending on the tea variety from light and floral to dark and intense, its flavours are determined by the oxidation level and roasting. Oolong Tea also contains vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidant like black and green teas. These are responsible for many of its health benefits.

Description
From the high mountain of Anxi region, Fujian Province. This tea is hand harvested and has a magical allure. The tea plant's succulent leaves contain a strong aroma oils which is robust and consistent. This high-grade Tie Guan Yin leaves a famous aftertaste known as Yin Yun ("Guan Yin Rhyme") feeling of a soothing, thick, nectar-like sweetness lingers in the throat.

Ratio of Tea Leaf &Water: 1g to 30ml
Steeping:
1-4 (10sec)
5-7 (20sec)
Infusion: 6 to7 times
