Traditional hand casting iron pot is designed for boiling water, making the tea soup smoother
1) Improve water quality;
Trace iron ions in the Iron pot can absorb oxygen ions in the water. The boiled water can improve
the water quality and make the water softer and improve the taste of tea.
2) Even heat conduction;
Heat conduction is more uniform, when heating the bottom, sides of the iron pot are also heated,
so the temperature can be raised stimultaneously. The boiling water temperature of the Iron pot
is higher than ordinary stainless steel and the holding time is longer.

To Prepare the Cast Iron Pot for Use;
1) Fill the Iron pot with water until it is 80% full, and boil it at medium temperature. After the water boils for 5 to 10 minutes, discard the water. Repeat this procedure for about 2-3 times.
2) Add-in an appropriate amount of green tea or white tea (8 to 10g) and fill with water to boil. After boiling for 10 to 20 minutes, discard all tea leaves and tea soups. Add-in clean water, bring to boil and discard water, put it in ventilation to keep dry and the pot is ready to use.
TIPS;
-Water should not be stored in Iron pot for a long time, it is not a daily water container.
-When preparing Iron pot for use (Kai Hu). It is recommended to use only green tea or white tea to boil, and not to use Pu erh as the colour of the tea soups will be absorbed by the pot and affect the taste of the water.
-The Iron pot should not be heated when empty to avoid damage to the Iron pot.
-Put it in ventilation to keep dry after each use to prevent any rust from developing.

To use ceramic electric stove, induction cooker and charcoal stove.
