This white tea is made from tender young buds and two newest leaves covered with tiny white hair that sprout in Spring. After plucking, these leaves are naturally withered and using the least drying processes holding the quality of its natural freshness and nutrients. The tea liquor is very delicate, it has a bright yellowish colour with light sweetness and the aftertaste is clean.

Water Temperature: 85°c - 90°c
Ratio of Tea Leaf & Water: 1.5g to 50ml
Steeping:
1-3 (25-30 sec)
4-6 (35-40 sec)
Infusion: 5 to 7 time
