A genuine Silver Needle White Tea is the most expensive variety and the most prized, as only using the top buds of the tea plant made from cultivars of the Dabai tea tree family produced in Fujian Province in China. This white tea cake is made of Top grade Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yinzhen) the raw materials of Taimu mountain harvested from the core origin of Fuding white tea in Fujian province. This beautifully compressed White Silver Needle Tea Cake is refined, the silver needle young buds are fully covered with tiny white hairs, silvery white in colour and the sharpness is clear. The tea cake is made of the 2022 crop, it is ready for consumed or stored to age and allowing the tea cake to slowly improve in taste and darker colour acquiring an amazing flavour and reaching its full aroma.

Ratio of Tea Leaf & Water: 1.5g to 50ml

4-6 (35-40 sec)
Infusion: 5 to 7 times
