Description
This handmade small square tea brick is a ripened Pu erh made from high quality large-leaf from Menghai tea tree in Yunnan Province, China. The ripened Pu erh is flavoured by the glutinous rice plant called (Semnostachya Menglaensis Tsui) a natural fragrant herb with a unique glutinous rice aroma (nuo mi xiang). Once steeped, the liquor emits a sweet aroma identical to that of fresh sticky rice.

Water Temperature: 95°c - 100°c
Steeping:
1-2 (20-25 sec)
3 (30-35 sec)
4-6 (35-40 sec)
7-9 (45-60 sec)
Infusion: 8-9 times
