Description
头采银针 – First plucking Silver Needles that is the Baihao Silver Needles harvested for the first time in the Spring of that year.
Silver Needles are plucked only using the bud which is emerald green and fresh with dense tiny white hair (pekoe). Silver Needle has a very short picking period they are plucked in the early Springtime of the year when the tea buds are fat and strong. This type of Silver Needle has a very outstanding taste and aroma, the delicate fragrance of Silver Needle tea bud is like fresh flower. After brewing, the tea liquor is pale yellowish with the increase o f brewing times the colour gradually deepens and becomes golden. The specific fragrance type is really amazing.
