Shou Mei is normally harvested later than yinzhen and gongmei white teas. This mid-April harvested Shou Mei has a longer growing period and obtained more nutrients. Their developed leaves are broader and the stems are stronger to produce more fragrance essences which often found in aged white teas.

This "Mini Square" Tea Biscuit from the premium white tea of Fuding Dabai tea tree has been beautifully aged and develops over time. The dry leaves are brown and dark green from a mix of larger leaf and tender buds. The tea has complex notes of red dates with slightly sweet aftertaste and the tea liquor is mellow, smooth in mouthfeel. This aged Shou Mei White Tea pressed into"mini square" packed individually in gift box packaging and is ready for single-serving.

Brewing Tips
Water Temperature: 85°c - 90°c
Tea Leaf & Water: 1 packet to 200ml
Steeping:
1-3 (25-30 sec)
4-6 (35-40 sec)
Infusion: 5 to 7 times

Storage: In dry cool place, away from direct sunlight, keep ventilated and avoid odours, contaminants.
Expiry date: The aged the better (Best Recommended to drink within 10 years under storage conditions that meet the standard).
